JTC has installed a site at Tanjong Penjuru up for tender Tengah Plantation Close EC on June 28. It is the last of the 3 websites on the initial fifty percent of 2022 validated Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) list to be introduced.
Found in the Jurong West commercial area, the 30-year leasehold Tanjong Penjuru story has a website location of 94,722 sq ft and an allowable gross story ratio of 2.5. The optimum structure elevation is 62m Singapore elevation information (SHD). The SHD was introduced in 2015 as a height dimension reference and also is fixed to Singapore’s historic mean sea level.
The site is zoned for organization 2 (industrial) usage under the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Master Plan, permitting heavy commercial usage such as basic sector, production, repair service and servicing in addition to the storage of chemicals, says URA.
